Brad Goacher

Brad Goacher currently serves as the President of Touchette Regional Hospital since June 2024. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Alton Memorial Hospital from June 2019 to June 2024, managing various operational aspects including Medical and Radiation Oncology Services, Lab, Surgery, and more. Previously, from June 2005 to April 2013, Brad was the Director of Finance at Alton Memorial Hospital, overseeing all financial operations and strategic planning. Brad also gained experience as Accounting Manager at BJC HealthCare and as Accounting Supervisor at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
