Dr. Shailja Dwivedi

Dr. Shailja Dwivedi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple role titles and industries. Dr. Shailja is currently employed at Touchlight as a pDNA Development Scientist and Project Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Team Lead from January 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they were an associate scientific manager at Biocon from March 2019 to December 2019. Dr. Shailja also had roles at Ipca Laboratories Limited as a Senior Research Executive from February 2018 to February 2019, and as a Research Executive from April 2016 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Junior Scientist at Cambium Biotech (Mushroom India) from August 2015 to April 2016. Dr. Shailja has also served as a PhD scholar at Banasthali Vidyapeeth from August 2012 to April 2016, and as a Teaching Assistant and Research Scholar at Bansthali University from July 2013 to July 2015. Dr. Shailja began their career as an Assistant Professor at SIT College (APS University) from July 2011 to June 2012.

From 2012 to 2016, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biotechnology from Banasthali Vidyapith.

In 2015, they completed an Animal Cell Culture training program at CCMB (LaCONES).

In 2010, they worked on their M.Sc. project dissertation in Plant Tissue Culture and Molecular Biology at Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur.

From 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from A.P.S. University Rewa.

Between 2005 and 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Govt. Science College Raipur.

Finally, their schooling was completed from 1992 to 2005 at S.S.M.V. Raipur, with a focus on Science.
