Elaine Ferguson

Elaine Ferguson has a diverse range of experience in the technology field. Elaine began their career at Sprint in 1997 as a Business/Billing Analyst, where they executed daily operations within a billing organization and played a key role in implementing new products and services. During their time at Sprint, they also constructed and deployed billing solutions for partnerships with Cable and Satellite providers.

In 2006, Elaine joined CenturyLink where they held various roles. As a Program Manager, they managed implementation projects and supervised budget expenditures. Elaine upgraded billing invoice to a new software program, resulting in a decrease in print and mail costs.
