Susan Brubaker

Susan Brubaker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Susan began their career as a Lifeguard at Sommerville Recreation in 2007, where they maintained a safe and enjoyable environment for the community.

In 2008, Susan interned as a Human Resources Intern at Johnson & Johnson, where they conducted research to improve the company's adoption support policies and assisted in creating state-specific leave policies.

From 2009 to 2010, they had an internship as an Online Marketing Intern at Trans World Entertainment, where they researched competitors and made improvements to the online purchasing process for fye.com. Susan also worked at BJK Entertainment- Movie Theater as an Employee, handling tasks at the box office, concession stand, and organizing birthday party events.

Starting in 2010, Susan joined Ascend Learning as an Account Specialist. In this role, they established and maintained relationships with college professors to promote textbooks and education materials. Susan also supported the marketing team in creating and managing e-commerce merchandising strategies.

Susan joined TouchSource in 2013 as a Project Manager, overseeing customer relationships, product education, and sales support for electronic directories. Susan spearheaded marketing campaigns and implemented sales and marketing materials. In 2017, they were promoted to Sales Manager, responsible for managing a sales team.

In 2020, Susan rose to the role of National Sales Director at TouchSource, where they managed a remote sales team, trained new hires, and developed a growth structure within the sales department. In 2022, they took on the position of Vice President of Sales, implementing a sales team reorganization, managing key partnerships, and leading industry vertical teams focused on government, education, and hospital system projects.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, relationship-building abilities, and expertise in sales and marketing.

Susan Brubaker earned their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in International Studies from Bentley University. Susan attended Bentley University from 2006 to 2010. Before that, Susan attended Immaculata High School from 2002 to 2006 to complete their high school education.
