The Project Management team at TouchStar Technologies is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of rugged mobile computing solutions tailored for the oil and gas industry. Led by the Project Delivery Manager and supported by the Project Lead and Head of Projects and Service Delivery, the team ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client specifications, while maintaining high standards of quality and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
