Amy Brantley JD CHC CHPC has over 15 years of experience in healthcare compliance and ethics. Amy has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Compliance and Ethics at Touchstone Communities, Chief Compliance Officer at Alternate Solutions Health Network, and Chief Compliance Officer at Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions. Amy also worked as a legal/compliance professional consultant and held executive positions at Golden Living & Affiliates, where they served as EVP and SVP of Compliance, Chief Privacy Officer, and Associate General Counsel Healthcare.

Amy Brantley obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Louisiana Tech University in 1988. Amy then went on to receive their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 1992. In addition to their legal education, they also hold certifications in Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance and Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from HCCA.
