Leslie Cunningham Campbell

Leslie joined Touchstone Communities as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in April 2020. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation profession

Prior to joining Touchstone, Leslie served for seven years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Diversicare, a public company based in Tennessee. She also spent close to twenty years with Beverly Enterprises/Golden living in a variety of positions including Physical Therapist, Executive Director, Director of Operations, Division President, and Senior Vice President of Operations.

Leslie is a skilled clinician, an industry speaker, and is active in state and national healthcare associations. In 2019, she was named to the Hall of Honor in the nationwide 2019 McKnight’s Women of Distinction awards recognizing her as a top leader in the field of long-term care and senior care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and her Nursing Home Administrator Accreditation from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.
