Susan Dorantes

Susan Dorantes is an experienced professional in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as the Human Resources/Employee Engagement Manager at McNay Art Museum since April 2022. In addition, Susan holds the position of Human Resources Manager at The Forum at Lincoln Heights from October 2021. With a background in human resources roles at Touchstone Communities since November 2017, BCFS Health & Human Services for a brief period in 2017, and as an On-site Supervisor at Tri-Starr Personnel LLC from March to September 2014, Susan has developed a robust skill set in managing human resources functions.
