Stan Smith CPA, CA, ICD.D is an experienced independent director with a significant background in audit and governance roles across various companies in the energy sector. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Touchstone Exploration Inc. since October 2017, Stan has also held similar positions at Toscana Energy Income Corp. and Razor Energy Corp., where responsibilities included chairing and participating in multiple committees.
