Edward Cardon

Edward Cardon has extensive experience in both the military and private sectors. Edward served as Commanding General of Army Cyber Command and Second Army from 2013 to 2016. Edward then became Director of Army Business Transformation at the US Army headquarters from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they became Director of the Army Futures Command Task Force at the Army Futures Command. In 2019, they began roles as Senior Counselor at The Cohen Group and Professor of Practice at UMD Applied Research Lab for Intelligence & Security. Edward also served as an Advisory Board Member for Shift5 and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. In 2020, they became an Advisory Board Member for VOREAS S.A. and, in 2021, they became CEO & Founding Partner of Touchstone Futures. Additionally, they currently serve as Chairman of C3 AI.

Edward Cardon attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and received a Bachelor of Science degree. Edward also attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they earned a Master of Science degree in National Security Studies. Additionally, Cardon attended the Naval Command & General Staff College, where they earned another Master of Science degree in National Security Studies. It is unclear when they began and ended their studies at these institutions.
