Giuseppe Giametta

Giuseppe Giametta started their career as a Student Intern at Technology Reply in 2019. During their time there, they developed a Proof of Concept to optimize an existing recommendation system and made improvements to its architecture using tools like Apache Kafka and Oracle Stream Analytics.

In 2020, Giametta joined CFMS as a Data Analyst Intern. Giuseppe worked on government projects, presenting results to key partners on a weekly basis. Giuseppe also applied machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex tasks, using libraries like Pytorch and Scikit-learn to train models and evaluate results. Giametta held this position until May 2022.

Currently, Giametta is employed at Toumetis as a Data Scientist, starting in May 2022. No specific end date has been provided for this role.

Giuseppe Giametta obtained a Master's Degree in Data Science from Politecnico di Torino from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Università degli Studi di Palermo, earning a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Informatica e delle Telecomunicazioni from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Giuseppe has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they completed the "DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer Specialization" from Coursera. In September 2021, they also received a certification in "Time Serie Analysis and Forecasting using Python" from Udemy. In March 2021, Giuseppe completed the "Build Basic Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs)" course from Coursera. Furthermore, in September 2017, they obtained an IELTS score of 7.0 from the British Council.
