Matthew Neeley

Matthew Neeley has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the product development and engineering fields. Matthew currently holds the position of VP of Product Development at Tour Edge Golf since October 2019. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2019, they worked at American Achievement Corporation as the Senior Manager of Product Innovation and Senior Product Engineer.

Before that, Matthew worked at YETI Coolers from 2016 to 2017, serving as a Program Manager and Project Engineer. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Innovation Engineer at Nike, where they led the product development process, managed innovation projects, and facilitated communication among stakeholders.

Matthew'searlier experiences include working as an Engineer at TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company from 2014 to 2015 and as a Design Engineer at Adams Golf from 2012 to 2014. Matthew began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Mainstream Engineering Corporation from 2010 to 2012.

Matthew also has academic experience, having been a student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Stuttgart in 2009.

In 2008, they gained practical experience as a Sales Engineering Intern at Trane Company.
