Arzu Karabacak is a seasoned tourism professional with extensive experience as a freelance tour guide since July 2012, proficient in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and associated with various travel agencies such as Curio Travel Agency and İstanbul Daily City Tours. As a tour leader since January 2009, Arzu has led tours across Europe, Central America, and South America for multiple travel agencies, including MSC Cruises Turkey and ETS Travel Agency. Prior work experience includes roles at Hewlett-Packard and Nokia, focusing on human resources and office assistance, along with an internship in the accounting department at Xerox. Arzu holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, complemented by specialized language training in Spanish.
