Erik S. has extensive work experience in the real estate and technology sectors. Erik is currently employed at Tour24 as the Vice President Product since February 2023. Prior to that, Erik worked at Greystar starting in July 2018. During their time at Greystar, Erik held various roles, including Sr. Community Manager, New Development Property Manager, and Business System Analyst. Erik'smost recent position at Greystar was as part of the Greystar Business Systems team, where they worked from June 2021 to February 2023.

Erik S. obtained an Associate degree in Arts, General Studies, and Business Administration from Coastal Carolina Community College between 2002 and 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2004 to 2006.
