Paul Guillien

Paul Guillien serves as CEO of CRUZTOOLS, INC. since January 2019, following the acquisition of the company and its transition from California to Washington. Guillien has also been the CEO of TOURATECH-USA since April 2009, where leadership has fostered a loyal team and enhanced the company's market reputation. Additionally, as President and Co-Founder of Backcountry Discovery Routes, Guillien champions the preservation of off-highway motorcycle routes. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at BBR Motorsports and Vice President of Operations at Sisson Imports, alongside early experience in marketing and business development at Hostar International, Inc. Guillien holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Central Washington University.
