Herb Berwald

Herb Berwald is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Regional Process/Project Engineer at Synagro since June 2021, Herb also holds the position of Project Manager at TAI Engineering, focusing on packaging engineering and capacity enhancements. As the Director of Manufacturing at Goetze Candy since April 2008, prior roles include Project Engineer at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and Plant Engineer at Stonyfield Farm, coupled with earlier experience as a Plant/Process Engineer at Sherwin Williams. Herb Berwald holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
