Pratik Khadgi, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Since February 2022, Pratik has been with TAI Engineering, transitioning from project engineer to project manager. Prior to this role, Pratik gained valuable experience at L&T Technology Services Limited from November 2013 to February 2022 as a senior engineer and executive. Pratik's career began at Fichtner Consulting Engineers, serving as a design engineer from September 2009 to July 2013. Throughout the professional journey, Pratik has been responsible for detail engineering services, vendor engineering reviews, technical specifications, detailed project reports, design basis reports, bid evaluations, and techno-commercial analysis for thermal power plants. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nagpur University and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from the Institute For Technology and Management.
