Alex Richard

Alex Richard has worked in a variety of roles in the media and entertainment industry since 2015. Alex began their career as a Video Editor for Cinesthetics, where they edited web videos for Electric Forrest music and arts festival. In 2016, they worked as an On Set Motion Capture for Weta Digital and as a Camera and Audio Recordist for Foodable WebTV Network. That same year, they also began working as a Video Production Manager for Defiance Hardwood. In 2017, they worked as an Associate Producer, Camera Operator, Editor, Gear Manager, and Livestream Support Technician for TourGigs, as well as a 2nd Camera for Rana Labs, LLC. Alex also worked as a Camera Operator for Denver Channel 8 Technology Services. In 2018, they worked as a Videographer and Live Streaming Camera Operator for Los Angeles Football Club, a GoPro Technician for ROBERT DALRYMPLE PRODUCTIONS, INC., and a Field Associate Producer for Pie Town Productions.

Alex Richard received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film Studies / Production and a Minor in Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2012. Alex attended Palos Verdes Peninsula High School from 2003-2007 and obtained a Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program. In 2019, they obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Learning Cinematography: 1 Narrative Fundamentals, Learning Cinematography: 2 Working on Set, Learning Cinematography: 3 Hands On Techniques, and Learning Video Production and Editing.
