Head Of Digital at Touring Club Italiano

Paolo Sassi has a diverse range of work experience in the digital and tourism industries. Paolo is currently the Head of Digital at Touring Club Italiano since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Touring Digital s.r.l., starting in 2016 as the Head of Digital Business and later transitioning to the role of Digital Business & Ecommerce Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for creating a new tourism marketplace and developing a recommendation engine. Paolo also designed and implemented a modular loyalty program.

Before joining Touring Digital s.r.l., Paolo worked at Touring Club Italiano from 2011 to 2016 as the C.R.M. & Business Intelligence Manager. In this role, they designed and developed a CRM strategy for the company and implemented a data model, focusing on privacy and legal considerations.

Prior to their time at Touring Club Italiano, Paolo co-founded KKservices s.r.l. in 2008. As a Partner and Co-Founder, they developed the business strategy, introduced new services, and formed commercial partnerships. Paolo successfully grew the company from zero to over 500 B2B clients and achieved positive financial results.

Paolo also has experience at Touring Club Italiano from 2001 to 2011, where they held the position of Responsabile Analisi di Marketing e Abbonamenti. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing marketing databases, conducting market research, and managing periodicals.
