Philippe Leeman

Philippe Leeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and compliance management. At Touring since March 2006, Philippe served as the Retired Strategy and Compliance Director, focusing on advising new businesses, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and managing business development. Philippe also held the position of Head Compliance Officer, where responsibilities included regulatory compliance management, compliance audits, and internal control assessments. Philippe's prior experience at Touring Group as Manager Corporate Strategy involved similar advisory roles and business structuring tasks. Philippe's career began at Touring, where roles included Manager of Special Projects and Controller. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Sciences from Ghent University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
