Lauren Tilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and marketing within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Tourism Cares since September 2019, Lauren focuses on uniting the travel industry to enhance its positive impact. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Girl Scouts of Connecticut for eight years as the Membership and Marketing Manager, contributing to the empowerment of girls and women. Additional experience includes positions such as Administrative Assistant at Girl Scouts of Connecticut, Social Media Intern at Dave Partners, LLC, Executive Assistant in the Emergency Department at Steward Health Care, and Unit Coordinator at Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Sacred Heart University, as well as education from the Diseart Institute of Education and Celtic Culture in Dingle, Ireland.
