Kate Beale

Kate Beale is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management across various organizations. Currently serving as the People Advisory Manager at Tourism New Zealand since October 2016, Beale plays a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting the organization’s mission to promote New Zealand as a premier tourist destination. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Città, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for 190 employees, and Senior HR Advisor at Red Honey, providing HR and payroll support for multiple retail stores. Earlier roles also encompassed recruitment specialization at Auckland Transport and Auckland Regional Council. Beale holds a Diploma in Business & HR from Massey University.
