Natalie Haines has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the General Manager of People and Corporate Affairs at Tourism New Zealand since May 2018. Previous roles include General Manager of People and Culture at the same organization, Manager of Organisational Development at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, and various positions at Contact Energy Ltd, including Head of Culture and Capability.
