Sandra El-Helou

Sandra El-Helou has extensive experience in municipal governance and community service, currently serving in various roles since November 2017 at Ville de Laval, including Responsable du dossier des personnes vulnérables and Conseillère municipale du district de Souvenir-Labelle. Additionally, Sandra holds positions in committees focused on accessibility, aging, and urban planning, as well as women's issues within the city council. Sandra is also a member of the administrative council for both the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal and Tourisme Laval, and previously served on the administrative council of the Société de Transport de Laval until November 2022. Sandra's educational background includes studies at Université de Montréal.
