Ashlyn Ayler Msn-Hcsm

Ashlyn Ayler has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Ashlyn started their career at Touro Infirmary in 2006 as a Registered Nurse. Ashlyn worked there until 2011, during which they also served as a Registered Nurse Care Manager for Catholic Charities USA. In 2016, they returned to Touro Infirmary as an RN Medical Surgical Clinical Educator and stayed until 2019. During this time, they also worked at New Orleans East Hospital as an RN Staff Development Coordinator from 2019 to 2020. In 2018, they took on a role as an RN Clinical Instructor at Delgado Community College Charity School of Nursing and continued until 2022. Ashlyn then served as an RN Clinical Director at Touro Infirmary from 2020 to 2023. Following that, they became the Interim Senior Director of Patient Care Services before transitioning into their current role as the Senior Director of Acute Care Services at Touro Infirmary from 2024 onwards.

Ashlyn Ayler has a diverse education history in the field of nursing. Ashlyn obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Tuskegee University in 2006. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Science in Nursing, specializing in Health Care Systems Management, at Loyola University New Orleans from 2008 to 2010. Currently, Ashlyn is working towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Administration and Nursing Education at William Carey University, expected to be completed in 2024.
