As the Director of Operations, Geneva helps create excellent experiences for anyone interacting with the ToursByLocals support teams. In addition to customer service excellence, Geneva is passionate about leadership development, continuous improvement, and, of course, traveling. Soon after completing a BA in Philosophy, Geneva started working and traveling in the UK followed by a number of years in Asia. Originally from Vancouver, Geneva has spent most of her life living everywhere but until just a few years ago.
