In addition to customer service excellence, Geneva is passionate about leadership development, continuous improvement, and, of course, traveling. Soon after completing a BA in Philosophy, Geneva started working and traveling in the UK followed by a number of years in Asia. Originally from Vancouver, Geneva has spent most of her life living everywhere but until just a few years ago.
