Gilles Mattelin

Gilles Mattelin is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with a diverse background in technology and sales. As the Founder of Henchman AI, which was acquired by LexisNexis in May 2024, Gilles developed innovative automation solutions for contract management. In addition, Gilles co-owns Tout Bien Pils, known for producing quality Belgian pilsners, and serves as a Shareholder at Wintercircus Ghent, a technology hub fostering innovation in Europe. As Co-CEO of Lexis® Create+, Gilles oversees operations of the legacy company from Henchman AI and holds a background in sales leadership from roles at Unit4 and Intuo, where Gilles co-founded and led initiatives in talent management. Earlier experience includes business development at Medufy, contributing to E-learning for healthcare practitioners. Gilles is an alumnus of Vlerick Business School and Flanders Business School.
