James Tanner

James Tanner has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Head of Trading at TOUT'S Group since April 2021. Previously, James held the position of Store Manager at Co-op, where exceptional performance during the COVID-19 pandemic was achieved, driving sales and improving operational processes. James also excelled as Store Manager at Molton Brown, consistently improving KPIs, and as Sales Manager at City Motors, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales metrics. With a background as District Manager at Slimming World and Area Manager at Boots UK, James has demonstrated strong leadership skills across various roles, including significant responsibilities in HR and training initiatives. James is currently pursuing a CIPD Level 7 degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
