Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson is currently the CFO at Tovuti. Prior to this, they were the VP of Finance at Location3, a software company in the Denver area. Chris has also served as a Consulting CFO, assisting software companies in the Denver area with challenges related to growth. In this role, they helped clients raise seed round capital, acquire and integrate new companies, improve financial modeling, implement accounting systems, and hire the right teams. Prior to their consulting work, Chris was the VP Finance & Administration at Frustum Inc., where they sold the company in record time and managed all support functions including finance, accounting, HR, legal, and IT. Chris then served as VP Finance at Cloud Elements and Controller at SolidFire, Inc. before taking on the role of Director of FP&A at SIRVA.

Chris Nelson has a MBA from Regis University in Accounting and Finance and a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University in Finance. Chris is also certified as a public accountant from the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
