Adaora Schmiedl

Adaora Schmiedl has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Adaora worked as the Director of Development and Marketing at Towards Employment starting in 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Marketing & Development at Cleveland Leadership Center from 2011 to 2014. Adaora also worked as an Independent Marketing Contractor and Community Volunteer from 2010 to 2012, where they managed web content and led two non-profit boards. Before that, they served as the Development & Marketing Director at Fairhill Partners from 2004 to 2008. Adaora began their career at American Greetings, where they held various roles, including Director of Seasonal Cards, Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Assistant Product Manager. Adaora also worked as a Project Manager at Leadership Alabama, Inc. and as the Marketing and Tour Director at Honolulu Theatre for Youth.

Adaora Schmiedl has an MBA degree in Marketing and Nonprofit Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Adaora also holds a BA degree in English/Theatre Arts from Hiram College.
