Towards Employment
Joan Crosby has a diverse range of work experience. Joan started their career in 1995 at Remington College, where they served as the Allied Health Department Chair until July 2011. In 2013, they joined Towards Employment and began as a Career Coach. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Program Manager and Senior Manager in the Community and Reentry department. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Community and Reentry Programs and Young Adult Services at Towards Employment.
Joan Crosby completed their Master of Education (MEd) in Community Health Education from Cleveland State University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they also attained a Master of Education (MEd) in Adult Learning and Development from the same institution from 2006 to 2012.
