Amy Liu

Amy Liu has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 as a Business and Process Analyst at Accenture. Amy then worked as an Associate Brand Manager at L'Oreal (Maybelline International) in 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the Director of International Marketing at Smashbox Cosmetics, where they were instrumental in launching the brand globally. Following that, they worked at Kate Somerville Skincare as the Head of Marketing, assisting in the retail launch of the brand. In 2011, they joined Josie Maran Cosmetics as the VP of Marketing, where they significantly grew wholesale sales and supervised a team of four. Amy also taught Beauty Marketing and Finance at the FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising from 2010 to 2016. Before starting their own consulting business in 2014, they held the role of CEO and Founder at Tower 28 Beauty, Inc. Since then, they have utilized their expertise in marketing, strategic planning, and international business to work as a consultant.

Amy Liu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued their MBA with a focus on Marketing & Entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business, completing it from 2002 to 2004.
