Afian Titov

Afian Titov is a seasoned professional in the fields of health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE), with extensive experience in advisory and management roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a QHSE Advisor at Tower Bersama Group since July 2022, Afian advises investors and senior management on WHSE and risk management while overseeing operations involving over 27,000 telecom towers in Indonesia. Prior experience includes HSE Manager at Meinhardt EPCM Indonesia, achieving a significant milestone of 2 million manhours without lost time incidents, and EHSS Manager at Sandvik, securing 5 million manhours without LTI. Afian's career also comprises roles at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks and Leighton Asia, where contributions focused on HSSE performance in telecommunications and power plant projects. Afian holds a Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology Mandala Bandung.
