Johan Suhadi has extensive work experience in the field of internal auditing. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Internal Audit Manager at PT Central Cipta Murdaya, where they were responsible for managing internal audit activities. Starting from 2015, they joined Tower Bersama Group as the Head of Financial and Administrative Audit Department. In this role, Johan coordinated internal audit teams and ensured compliance with standard operating procedures and policies. JOHAN provided recommendations to improve business unit processes and operations, as well as suggested improvements to the company's standard operating procedures and policies for enhanced internal control.

Johan Suhadi, CACP, CFP®, pursued their education at Universitas Trisakti from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance. In addition to their academic achievements, Johan has obtained additional certifications throughout their career. JOHAN became Certified in Audit Committee Practices in March 2022 from the Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Financial Planner designation in June 2018 from the Financial Planning Standards Board Indonesia.
