Falen Bayu Adhetya

Falen Bayu Adhetya has worked at several companies, beginning in 2019 as an Electrical Engineer at Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia, BALITJESTRO Indonesia. In this role, they actively contributed to problem-solving efforts in an orange plantation.

In 2021, Falen joined SIBS Lamongan as an Information Technology Coordinator. Here, they implemented a new admissions information system that improved the registration process and increased the number of interested students.

In 2022, they joined Indobot Academy as a Trainer for IoT. During this time, they became a trainer for the Digital Talent Scholarship Professional Academy (DTS ProA) KOMINFO.

Also in 2022, Falen joined Tower Bersama Group, where they participated in the TBIG Leader Development Program and engaged in on-the-job training for various positions such as Operation and Maintenance Section Head and Account Management Section Head.

Falen currently holds the position of Project Management SITAC Section Head at Tower Bersama Group, starting in 2023.

Falen Bayu Adhetya pursued their education in a chronological order. Their first documented educational experience was from 2013 to 2016 at SMA N 1 Durenan, where they studied natural sciences. Following this, they enrolled at Universitas Negeri Malang from 2016 to 2020, completing their bachelor's degree in physics.
