Muhammad Luthfi Fajar has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, starting with their role as a Junior Software Developer at Maxindo Internasional in 2013. Muhammad Luthfi then worked as a Software Developer at PT Sahassa Panca Manunggal from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for assisting the project manager, designing software applications, and implementing coding.

Following this, Fajar joined Resource Energy Solutions Inc. in 2016 as a .NET Developer, where they collaborated with development teams to define requirements and specifications for leading-edge products in the oil and gas industry.

In the same year, Fajar also joined Tower Bersama Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where they identified and designed software applications, developed coding, and provided support for testing, bug fixing, and maintenance.

Muhammad Luthfi then progressed to the role of IT Project Management Office Analyst at Tower Bersama Group in 2017, where they gathered and analyzed user requirements, compiled project documentation, and maintained positive relationships with stakeholders.

Fajar continued to grow within the company and became the IT System Development Section Head in 2018. In this role, they assisted software engineers in ensuring timely application development, performed impact analysis and design, and ensured code and database quality.

Most recently, Fajar has held the position of IT Solution Department Head at Tower Bersama Group since July 2021. In this role, they manage a team responsible for incorporating technological solutions to address business needs, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of IT projects, and managing budget efficiency.
