Shafira Meidina has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Shafira started their career at P4S Tani Manunggal Kopi Kelir as a Sales and Marketing Intern in 2018. Shafira then worked as a Business Development Facilitator at PT Bank BTPN Tbk from September to December 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Facilitator at LPPM IPB for a brief period from June to July. In 2021, they joined Allianz Life Indonesia as a Community Activation Intern from July to August. Later in the same year, they joined Nutricell Pacific as a Digital Marketing Officer, where they managed end-to-end digital campaigns and contributed to a 30% increase in Instagram engagement rate. Shafira'smost recent work experience is with Tower Bersama Group, where they participated in the TBIG Leader Development Program, rotating and working on improvement projects in four different positions. Currently, they hold the position of Knowledge Management Section Head, where they are responsible for arranging business strategy, measuring the effectiveness of learning management activities, and providing data analytics.
