Tyas N.

Tyas N. has a diverse work experience in various industries.

In 2014, Tyas worked as a Lecturer Assistant for Manufacturing Company Accounting Practices at Telkom University.

In 2015, Tyas had two roles as a Lecturer Assistant for Taxation Practices and an intern for CSR at PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk.

In 2016, Tyas joined Tower Bersama Group as part of their Officer Development Program. They were placed in multiple departments, including Project & Implementation, Asset & Operations, and Business Support, where they focused on process improvements and reducing inefficiencies. Additionally, Tyas also worked as a Lecturer Assistant for Auditing Practices at Telkom University during the same year.

In 2017, Tyas took on the role of Regional Operation Support Section Head in BALINUSRA, where they focused on reducing vendor back up genset purchase requisition rates through standard documentation optimization.

Tyas later moved to become the Regional Operation Support Section Head JABO OUTER in 2019, where they continued to support regional operations.

In 2023, Tyas was promoted to the position of Standard Operating Procedure Section Head within the same company, Tower Bersama Group.

Tyas N. completed their Bachelor of Accounting degree from Telkom University, attending from 2012 to 2016. Before entering university, Tyas N. attended SMA Negeri 11 Bandung from 2009 to 2012 for their senior high school education, where they studied social sciences. Prior to that, Tyas N. attended SMP Negeri 34 Bandung from 2006 to 2009 for their middle/junior high school education. Their elementary education took place at SD Asy-Syifa I Bandung from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Tyas N. has obtained several certifications including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People-Franklin Covey from Dunamis Organization Services in 2019, Becoming TBG Effective Asset Operation from MDI Management Development International in 2018, Effective Supervisory Skill from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 2018, Integrated Management System Auditor from Lloyd's Register in 2018, and various other certifications.
