Lulu Sarnam

Lulu Sarnam, PMP PSM I, currently serves as the Head of Project Delivery at NEXSYS - ONE since September 2020, overseeing project management, including product roadmaps, detailed project plans, and risk management, while emphasizing Agile-Scrum methodologies. Previously, Lulu held roles as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at NEXSYS - ONE, managing SaaS solutions for the telecom industry and introducing innovative project management tools. Prior experience includes positions as a Product Manager at ROAMWORKS, focusing on IoT products for cargo logistics, and earlier technical roles at ComTrol Pte Ltd and BPL Telecom, where expertise in system analysis, hardware engineering, and customer support was developed. Lulu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Kerala.
