Christine Bouma

Christine Bouma has extensive experience in the financial and technology industries. Christine worked at Tower Federal Credit Union, where they held various roles. From 2001 to 2013, they served as the eServices Product Manager, overseeing online and mobile channels and managing vendor relationships. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Product Management & eCommerce, leading Tower's Product Management team and enhancing the member experience. In 2019, Christine became the Vice President of Digital Solutions, responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the delivery and support of member-facing digital solutions. Before Tower Federal Credit Union, Christine had experience at Black & Decker as a Business Demand Planner and at PACE Worldwide as a Marketing Analyst.

Christine Bouma has a Master's of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Electronic Business from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland.
