Erika Stewart

Erika Stewart is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in business systems planning. Currently serving as a Business Systems Planning Project Manager II at Tower Federal Credit Union since February 2015, Erika leads the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, utilizing established project management methodologies. Previously, in the role of Business Systems Planning Analyst at the same organization, Erika acted as the primary interface between business lines and the Information Technology department, managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Erika's earlier experience includes serving as a Subject Matter Expert at SECU Credit Union, where responsibilities involved aiding in the transition to a multi-credit union operations organization and collaborating with stakeholders to document business and functional requirements. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Baltimore and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County.
