Karen Whitehead

Karen Whitehead is an experienced entrepreneur and customer service professional with a strong background in the banking and beauty industries. Since January 2016, Karen has operated Hair Xpressions by Karen, while also serving as a Teller Customer Service representative at Tower Federal Credit Union since February 2017. Prior experience includes co-owning Shear Xxposure...The Salon from July 2003 to September 2010 and working as a Customer Service Representative/Teller at Bank of America from June 1995 to June 2005, where responsibilities included selling banking products and performing various teller duties. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morgan State University, completed in 2004.
