Rhonda Pierce-Brooks has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Rhonda is currently serving as the Vice President/Director of Human Resources at Tower Federal Credit Union since 2015. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at National Center on Institutions and Alternatives (NCIA) from 2011 to 2015.
