Donal Mulcahy

Donal Mulcahy is an experienced Organizational Development Consultant currently working with North Star Solutions since 2012 and OMT Global since 2019, specializing in optimizing business performance through coaching-led consultancy. Additionally, Donal serves as a Juice PLUS+ International Brand Partner and operates a Tower Garden franchise focused on promoting healthy lifestyles through home-grown food. Previous experience includes founding Mulcahys Off-Licence, serving as Key Account Manager at Irish Country Meats, and working as a Software Engineer at Motorola Cork. Donal holds a Master's degree in Performance and Management Coaching from University College Cork and a Diploma in Commercial Programming from Waterford Institute of Technology.
