Kendra Cituk

Kendra Cituk is an experienced healthcare professional with a comprehensive background in case management and nursing. Currently serving as a Certified Case Manager at Tower Health since October 2021, Kendra has also worked as a Geriatric Care Manager at Brandywine Elder Care Management from September 2022 to January 2024, and previously held roles such as Rehabilitation Liaison and Care Transition Coordinator at Encompass Health and Encompass Home Health and Hospice, respectively. Kendra's nursing career includes positions as an Osteoporosis Clinical Educator with VMS BioMarketing, Certified Case Manager at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, and Registered Nurse at Allied Resources Staffing Solutions and HealthSouth. Kendra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nursing Science at the same institution.
