Nicole Kleinspehn

Nicole (Micozzi) Kleinspehn has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, THMG Service Line and Central Operations at Tower Health since April 2022. Before that, they served as the Regional Director Of Operations at Tower Health from June 2020 to April 2022. Prior to joining Tower Health, they worked at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health where they held the role of Director, IS Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle Applications from December 2017 to June 2020. Nicole also worked as the Regional Director, Ambulatory Network at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from July 2013 to December 2017. Nicole began their career at Reading Health System as an Administrative Director, Reading Health Physician Network from February 2010 to June 2013.
