Jim Allen

Jim Allen is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Tower Laboratories, Ltd. since May 2021, focusing on dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, and medical device packaging. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Operations Center Manager at Collins Aerospace, overseeing aerospace manufacturing processes. Jim's extensive career includes leadership positions as Director of Operations at SFC-Koenig LLC and multiple Plant Manager roles at companies such as Sud-Chemie, Kongsberg Automotive, Teleflex Fluid Systems, and TI Automotive. With a foundation in mechanical engineering technology, Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an AAS degree from Hudson Valley Community College.
