Tom Fitch

Tom Fitch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and management. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Tower Leasing Ltd since September 2024, Tom previously held the position of Head of Finance at KellyDeli from November 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Marks and Spencer spanned nearly nine years, where roles included Senior Finance Manager, Childrenswear Finance Manager, and Finance Analyst. Tom began a finance career at Home Retail Group PLC, advancing through positions from Reporting Analyst to Finance Manager while participating in the Finance Graduate Scheme. Academic qualifications include a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds and CIMA certification in Management Accountancy.
