Horacio Vigano

Horacio Vigano has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Horacio is currently employed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tower One Wireless Corp. since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as the Regional Business Development Manager from May 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining Tower One Wireless Corp., Vigano served as the Country Manager at BRIGHTCOMMS from December 2015 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the operation in Argentina, business start-up in all operators, commercial development, and strengthening relations with operators.

From January 2015 to December 2015, Vigano worked at CIS Group Latinoamerica as an RF Manager. During their tenure, they gained expertise in Radio Frequency, Design and Cell Capacity, and overall network quality. Horacio successfully managed budgets, planning, CAPEX execution, and maintained relationships with technology providers. Their responsibilities also included drive tests in different technologies and frequencies, as well as walk tests in indoor projects.

At CIS Group Latinoamerica, Vigano also served as a Key Account Manager from July 2013 to December 2014. In this role, they focused on the comprehensive development of new areas of business, effective incorporation of new customers, sales development, growth of existing customers, and generating new business.

Prior to their roles at CIS Group Latinoamerica, Vigano worked at Claro Argentina from 1997 to 2013. Horacio held various positions during their tenure, including Implementation Chief - New technologies, RF Design Engineer, and Cellowner O&M. In these roles, they were involved in the implementation of 3G and HSDPA+ networks, cellular design and optimization, preparation of RFPs, links budgets, cluster optimization, and maintenance and operation of regional infrastructure.

Vigano began their career at Telecom Argentina in July 1994 as an Ingeniero Semi-Senior Gerencia de Programación y Proyectos. Horacio held this position until November 1997.

Horacio Vigano's education history begins in 1991 when they enrolled at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba. Horacio pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, completing their studies in 1997.

In 2006, Horacio attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Project Management (PMI) in 2007.

In 2018, they returned to the Universidad Católica de Córdoba to pursue a Diplomatura in Development and Management of Smart Cities, which they completed the same year.

Most recently, in 2020, Horacio obtained a Postgraduate degree in Agile Project Management with Scrum from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba.

In addition to their formal education, Horacio has obtained several certifications. In 1988, they became a certified Private Glider Pilot through the Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC). Horacio also holds certifications such as Sitetracker Certified (obtained in August 2021) from Sitetracker, iBuildNet - RanPlan (obtained in March 2016) from Ranplan Wireless Network Design Ltd., and iBwave Level 1, 2 & 3 (obtained in March 2015) from iBwave Solutions Inc.
