Galen Eckenroth

Galen Eckenroth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Tower Paddle Boards since January 2022, Galen previously held the position of Director of Operations at Tower Electric Bikes. As the Owner of Ekke Boarding Co from January 2013 to February 2021, Galen designed and produced custom surfboards and established a factory in Ensenada, Mexico, gaining valuable insights into international business operations. Galen's project management skills were demonstrated at San Nicolas Hotel & Casino, where compliance with IBC regulations was ensured during an extensive remodel. Galen also contributed significantly to Tower Paddle Boards' growth in an earlier role as Director of Operations. Additionally, Galen started as a Lifeguard at Silver Strand State Beach, developing essential emergency response skills and public safety knowledge. Educational background includes a degree from CSUSM College of Business, completed in 2010.
